Bases. Bases out of all things.
And it was like, prrroooopppppeerrrrr hyperfixation where like i dont get up at ALL unless its extremely important. lasted like 5 hours of just downloading and coloring in bases. And like my body hurts and yet I still color in the bases bc DOPAMINE????? dopamine AND serotonin???? also??? I've never even used bases before??????? When I hyperfixate it feels like I got possessed and nothing will break me out of it and if u try i will be SOMAD and annoyed and return back to it super fast . like again my body hurts but brain says do It Or Else!!!!

anyways i cant wait to try meds if they let me (for physical and mental health reasons i cant take the VAST MAJORITY of ADHD medication)
hopefully i can fall asleep soon if i dont keep doing this TYUJHGTYU
