peircing aftercare advice

asking anyone with face peircings to share their experiences because im getting my assed whipped by these snake bites and my monroe is healing well but for the love of god- it is so hard to eat with the long bars getting in my mouth as well as the yellow puss!!!!!! i have been doing proper after care with saline solution, its been around 5 days and since i got three mouth peircings all at once. someone pls tell me this is going to turn out ok i need reassurance real bad
