A lil late but use this code thing (keep the quotes lol)
also make sure to copy the image link of the stamp lolol

um it depends where on the profile you wanna put them. if you find stamps on deviantart or whatever they might provide embed code (be weary though, that kind of css might only work on specific sites with their own code), but the most surefire way to do it is to just do the img tag in html.
