Weird dream

I had a weird dream last night I don’t remember a lot of tho. All I remember is I was at a lake and there was boats there. There was a boat crash or something and people jumped in the water to try to help. People around me started freaking out so I look in the water to see why there was blood and a lot of it so I just thought the person in the water was dead. After a few minutes of people trying to find the person in the water they gave up but then the blood in the water started moving and a young boy came out of the water and he just had a cut on his head even though there was why more blood then there should have been for just someone having a cut on there head and then I woke up. I also didn’t see the crash but I somehow knew the person in the water was a young boy.
