Hey all! I was wondering if anyone here had any tips for lowering your nicotine intake (e-cig). I've been really irritable without it and have pretty much been taking hits every 5-10 minutes- at least a pod a day. I know it's horrible and that's why I'm asking for advice lol. It got worse because I had a two-day long party and fucking smoked my lungs out- which was fun until I woke up with the biggest low I've ever had (which I, in my stupidity, tried to fix with more nicotine) and my intake has gone through the roof. Again, any tips? Patches aren't an option for me.
