I'm a big fan of a social media. Also a big fan of metrics. Seems blogging is the big discovery mechanism on this site at the moment, eh?

If you're used to the modern concept of social media, I think a lot of this whole site is going to feel odd and maybe incomprehensible, really.
There's a lot of fundamental differences in regards to design and usability. Though I'm curious what more "modern" metrics and concepts would say about SpaceHey, actually!

Blogs is the biggest thing here and it was for myspace also. When I was on myspace, I did all of my blogging on there. So, now I plan on getting back into blogging on here.
yea, i think you're right. the blog portion seems to be getting better traction than other parts of the site.
but the longer i'm on here, makes me wonder if there aren't aspects that are super beneficial to creators vs sites that are much more locked down.

The Blogging was/is my most favorite feature. On days I have no idea what to write/type about, it is fun reading others public stories.
