Things are getting easier. But I've also realized that I need to get out of the house more. I spend SO much time in here alone in my room just reading. That needs to change. I'm still young and I shouldn't be in bed this much. I know it's my depression talking but I think I'm going to start forcing myself out of my room. Just a little at a time but I think it's necessary. Even if it's just for a short walk. I want to get buff eventually but I need to start by fighting depression which won't be easy. I dunno I'm just hoping to look back on these check-ins someday and see an improvement.
