People are stupid

On December 27, 2021, I've lost a total of 4-5 friends mostly because they were "adjusting" too much for me and they're not letting me know what I did wrong since we do whatever the hell we want pretty much up until that very point. For whatever reason, the ringleader of the group just went 360 on me and said that I was doing this and that behind my back and talked to my now ex-girlfriend. You know it's stupid when people just end relationships just out of pure messages. Why don't you come it and say it to my face, even better, have proof of me doing this and that and I would've tried my best to either own up to it or defend it, but no. Just outright said to another person what I did wrong. Y'know what's even worse? Saying all of this is of means of a mature end. We don't always get what we want, but that doesn't mean we're always right because we think that's the right way to do. They were the first to approach and then left. It's really stupid.

I was also accused by this weird foreigner for being manipulative to my ex without even showing proof. I assumed this girl saw my/ex's rant and interviewed the ringleader of the group and then just accused me right then and there, but in the end that didn't even matter. It was not the thing she was talking about according to her and now we're no longer in speaking terms. Accused me of being manipulative without showing proof and forsaking the conversation and not even giving me a chance to defend myself. It's the most stupidest, but at least she spoke up about it. Still really stupid nonetheless.

And now the finale, my ex girlfriend saying that she'll stick to me no matter what and within 3 years later, she left me. You're left wandering why she left me, well it's also my fault too. I kinda pushed her too hard to the point where she'd past the breaking point and relied on other people's logic and reasoning and that's how she left. Thing is, I remembered every single word she said to me 3 years ago that I'm not gonna say in this blog because privacy, and 2, they mean nothing now anyway so why bother? The relationship was also forced by her and so I complied, we argued a lot, and we resolved the issues every now and then, but for some reason, this one was the straw that broke the camel's back, even though it's relatively more tame compared to our past arguments. Guess I let my guard down to another wrong person again. In the past, I was this "important" person that she found, and then 3 years later, I'm just another number in her ex pile.

Sometimes all I think about is how are people this stupid? Could it be the pandemic? Don't they have the guts to say it in message and irl? etc. And it's really irritating considering the fact that some of them live in my very city. My friend said that it could be a stigma that surrounds them and I happen to be one of them when literally I'm just a guy who plays video games in his house all day and taking another gap year because of this crap. 

So yeah, there's my rant. People are stupid. Thank you for listening.
