If you wanna change background then go to layouts and just find one you like!! And when u do find one, copy it then paste it in General on your profile and it should show
go to an html color picker webside. i use https://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_picker.asp use the six digit code for the color u pick :) replace the 6 digit number in ur layout code with the new color code. If you need more help, im happy to
