Social anxiety

Does anyone else get such severe social anxiety when taking to their mutuals online… like I wana make friends but it’s so anxiety inducing to get to know them that I just don’t. I want friends but augh….  These people are scary and we never get to know each other past surface level. So it feels bad man :(
