Feeling Nostalgic

It's been a while since I've been on Myspace but I still remember those days like they were yesterday. Not that I was fond of the angst-fueled teenage years but there were good times.

So many people have been feeling that same isolation of all those years ago mirrored in themselves during this miserable pandemic.

I'm excited to experience Myspace as an adult- to once again experience a social media that hasn't been bought out and sold to the highest bidder to sell everything about myself.

I remember all the time spent picking the best song, the best profile themes, choosing who would be on my top 10 for the moment.

Those were simpler times just at the beginning of the social media age.

I'm excited what people will do when this site gains traction- I'm especially excited to see the creativity that folks will show that socials like Facebook seemed to have squelched.

Here's to hoping for the best of it.
