Chapter Seven

I moved out of the Ikagin’s that very night. The landlady asked me if anything was wrong while I was heading out as if she wasn’t the one that asked me to go! I wonder if there’s this many backwards people out there. By the time I left I realized I did it so impulsively that I had nowhere to go with all my stuff. I ended up asking Pale Squash to recommend me to someone and he told me about the Haginos’.  I moved in no problem just to learn soon after that Hanger had moved into my old room the day after at the Ikagin’s! It was probably all a plot against me! This whole ordeal made me regret coming to teach here instead of just staying in Tokyo with Kiyo. What brought me to the Institute of Physical Sciences that one day? Was it the same people who let me suffer in this countryside town in this rundown school? I decided to talk to my new landlady to clear my mind. She told me about an allegedly beautiful woman known as the Madonna. Apparently the Madonna was Pale Squash’s fiancé and she was stolen by Redshirt! How much more heartless can that man get? It seems no one feels as bad for Pale Squash as I do. This poor man seems to just exist and everything in the world goes against him.

Kiyo sent me a letter about her concerns about me living alone. It was really hard to read this letter as it look needlessly long but since I really wanted to know what the letter entailed I continued to try hard reading. Kiyo is such a kind hearted woman it seems like she really thought about everything. I definitely need Kiyo here with me. That must be why everything is so insufferable, because she’s not here.

I was late to the hot springs because of Kiyo’s letter but I didn’t miss much.
