Sore from the wall of death and the pit

i was at a spidergang concert 2 nights ago, and I'm sore as h#ll. being in the front sections of the wall of death and in the middle of the pit slams harder than i remembered. does anyone have any remedies for sore+bruised legs and/or bruised stomach area? i cant take a bath with epsom salt because my roommates and i only have a shower. any help is appreciated ♥
