Really sorry for the recent inactivity, I almost relapsed a few days ago then went on a happy/angry street. Outside of my workplace I'm currently quite volatile but as long as I'm heard, I seem to be okay.
Anyways, I've kept myself busy recently with... checklists. Yeah, I know, that sounds extremely mundane but they're so helpful.
I brought this cute, pastel pink book and started checking things off (even the basics my mental health needs reminding to do) and voila, I'm no longer just a ditz... I'm an organised ditz. I can now overthink everything to a boiling point without forgetting the essentials.
On another note, I don't really care if people find my blogs cringy, yes they're about my life but written in a bizarre way. I like to write them somewhere between a personal blog and a genuine myspace page to match the site feel.
Anyways, I hope everyone is well as it's been a few days (:
