how do i set a gif as an intro to my blog??

idk if i explained that right but sometimes when i click on people's blogs it'll show a gif and then show their blog, kinda like a welcome? or like a hello?

i hope someone knows what i'm talking about lmao, does anyone know the code for it? i'm super new to html stuff so please explain to me like i'm 5 lmao!!
