Ingredients (portions up to you):
Elbow Macaroni
Shredded cheese (any kind, I use pepper jack or cheddar mostly)
Butter
Whole Milk
Hot sauce (i use one with ghost pepper in it)
Garlic powder
Black Pepper
Whatever else you want
Process:
1. Cook and drain the noodles (keep a bit of the pasta water tho)
2. Add butter and milk
3. add cheese
4. mix well
5. repeat steps 2-4 until satisfied
6. season
7. serve, garnish with pepper, more cheese, whatever you want really
it's pretty simple but damn is it good for days where you don't feel like cooking much
also you can totally do this with the microwavable stuff too, makes it less depressing lol
