I just got it last night and I feel like a new woman, it's so goddamn refreshing to just be able to listen your music without being interrupted by some middle aged people telling you what you should do. I was one of those people who REFUSED to buy it. Then i figured out I could listen offline and I caved, now I have it and it's the best investment I've ever made.
Spotify Premium is truly life changing.

honestly, i loved premium too but i couldn't really afford it.
now here's how i do it:
1. for normal mobile playback, i use the modded apk which allows all features (including no ads) but no downloads or highquality
2. for offline playback, i have a library of FLACs of my playlists which i regularly sync with my spotify playlists
3. for pc, it's actually not bad. it's maybe one ad every 6-8 songs and most features are there
