the stereotypical girl

i'm gonna lay it down flat, everything i do is relatively basic, the only thing that is unique about me is my combination of personality/interests. i enjoy being a teenage girl, i cannot lie. i enjoy nail polish, blond hair, pink clothes, flower perfume, cropped shirts, low rise jeans, dancing to music, etc. the lack of individuality in my daily activities is fine. i listen to popular music, and wear clothes from popular stores. i follow fashion trends, curl my hair, and go to school dances. the only takeaway i want you to get from this is that, in my opinion ofc, i think there is nothing wrong with being basic. i enjoy what i do, i have a good time, i make friends and grow from experiences. those things should matter more than your clothing choices or favorite color. you're human, you're here, you're smiling, so why do you give a sh*t about who thinks your lana del ray vinyl is basic? own it babe, everything you do is yours.
