R/HELPME but its not reddit

Okay so pls help idk what to do (host Indigo btw hello) we got dumped today and our ex is talking bad ab us and was laughing at us when we cried because of it so we have been talking bad about them to (actual facts tho) and we are getting pissed and i personally want to punch him in the jaw because he is saying we were a clingy bitch but in reality we were just a caring lover making sure he ate drank water ect. and it's getting really bad he went as far as befriending the person who ig sa'd us (kissed w/o consent despite multiple times being told do not) and our firends are choosing sides and we don't know what to do two young alters have gone dormant because of it and its really bad what do we do.
