Since you're just now getting into it I would just go thrifting and go to the local beauty shop since it'll cost less and you'll get to see what kinds of styles you like. Like tbh, you don't need THAT much stuff to be considered "gal" but I would recommend colorful clothing(mostly pink but it really doesn't matter) and TONS of "girly" accessories. But again there are a LOOOOT of subcultures so I would do some research on them just to see what you like.
I didn't see that you put rokku gyaru lol but the stuff still applies, go thrifting and get creative!
