Random retail opinion dump

So, I work in retail. I hate it, but hey, a job is a job. However! There is a perk to it, and it's kids who are buying their own stuff. Or kids in general, at least when they aren't whining and crying and throwing a fit. Here are some examples from my experience:

-I had two little girls tell me I looked like an anime character. 100/10 best compliment I have ever received.

-I had two kids in my line keep singing "George Washington is dead🎶" I don't know why it was funny to me, but it's still stuck in my head.

-the general proud look on their face when I hand them their receipt, like a travel worn adventurer finally claiming their rightful prize.

-I had a group of kids tip me because I treated them with the same respect I treat my adult customers; it warmed my heart and helped fill my gas tank.

-I have never had a kid cuss at me when I can't do something, nor has any child screamed in my face for something out of my control.

So yea, in conclusion, kids in retail kinda rock at least 50% of the time.
