Doctor's appointment

I booked an appointment with my GP to talk about my intrusive thoughts which I'm so scared about. I literally couldn't say what they are but I can't keep struggling and having lots of breakdowns. It's so hard not even being able to tell anyone about them, so I think it's time to actually try and get help for it. If any of u guys are struggling u can always talk to me but definitely get help as well because you all deserve to <3

Get the help you need, I’m doing counseling every other week and so far it’s helped.

It can be terrifying, but it can really help in the end.

I've self referred for counselling! I've had like 6 or 7 counsellors before so I'm used to it but talking about OCD symptoms is scary because it makes u feel like you're a terrible person and everyone's gonna be scared of u if u say what u struggle with. I'm really glad u have counselling though it's so helpful :)
