Someone gimme a new set of knees

However. My knees are normally fine, flexible, but fine. Until this afternoon. The context here is that I w-sit all the time, if you dont know what it is you basically are just sitting with ur feet by ur legs/hips instead of sitting directly on them. I was talking to my friend about it, and they wanted to know what it was, so i said i would show them. Worst mistake of my life. My knees cracked like a shot went off and they've hurt since. I dont know what happened but my knees are on fire, and i dont have money or health insurance.
