tangle me in your roots so i can feel loved - poem by me !!!

I laid gazing up at the trees above, "just you and me" i told them. "Just you and me" the trees replied. Alas, i know i don't belong with them, as i am but a human in a forest full of trees. Although, I must know, if i am a human amongst the trees, why am i a tree amongst the humans?
