Please dress for the weather

I care about you and want you to be comfortable and healthy. In my part of the world, it is very cold today. We are having some cold rain, and there are puddles on the ground. If you were here, I would ask you to wear a coat and some shoes that will keep your feet dry. You matter and your comfort matters. You deserve to be warm and dry.
