i realized the other day that i dont remember the last time i voluntarily read a book. reading is just another thing that has been ruined for me by school. but i like reading, i love learning new information, i love taking notes on books ive read .. so im going to tr y to get back into reading i think.
i went through a weird phase were i was obsessed with learning and only learning and never read anything fictional or fantasy but thats stupidlame. i think its because all the books marketed towards teens are just.. icky and bad and stupid dystopian romance novels and thats gross and not something im into at all. and all the books marketed towards adults are about mortgage and child care and the horror novels are practically just torture p*rn. thats why i like reading childrens books because i dont have to worry about them being too scary or too hard to understand and the majority of them are lighthearted and fun and thats really something i need right now.
some o f the books i plan on buying are the first series of warrior cats, a louis wain art book (his story is so sad ) girls last tour (my favorite manga of all time!! pleabse go check it out) , wondercat kyuuchan, star stories, the mlp manga, welcome to the nhk (super duper excited to get into this !), and i would love lvoe love to get the serial experiments lain art book oh my goodness,,, and and and theres a ton ton more too but i have no money right now (ehich is why i opened commissions the other day!)
