i dont get furry hate :/ ((rant?))

yes, the fandom may have a weird side like the z**philia and sexualization of animals but every fandom has its odd parts, the furry fandom isn't just made purely out of those weirdos. people are so caught up with only the bad parts of the community that they've been blinded from the greatness of the rest of it.

if u have a personal experience that lead to u disliking the fandom, i respect that. but if u hate them just bc it's what (almost) everyone's doing, that's just sad.

i'm not a furry myself, but i support the community as i've been a part of it for a short time around 2017-2018 until leaving around 2019 (solely bc i'm not that interested anymore, nothing bad happened to me). and at that time period i've seen nothing but talented and amazing people.

the warrior cats fan animations were absolute eye candy with how fluid and smooth they were. fursuit makers spend so much money, time, and effort into making their costumes only to be ridiculed of doing what they love. i have so much respect to artists who can design beautifully unique characters. furries are a blessing to the art community.

honestly, i thought we left furry hate in 2019. we should've tbh. i expected ppl to have realized how childish it was to simply hate on a bunch of animals standing on two legs just for the hell of it. cringe culture is DECEASED
