mental health lol {trigger warning tho!}

so like two weeks ago i went to a sexual health clinic to get my implat removed - its a form of contraception - as it was the three year mark, so obviously i had to take my hoodie off since they had to cut it out, but the doctor saw my slef harm, but i didn't think she'd say anything as shes a sex clinic doctor, not a mental health one? idk im dumb clearly, but anywayyyyyyy i just got a text from a whole mental health team thing and idk im scared they're gonna tell my mum, but hey atleast i get to get back in contact with my fav therapist?
