✱ 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐳 ✱

what you need:

- any instant ramenΒ
- up to two tablespoons of mayo (depends on how creamy you want your noodles)
- tablespoon of onion powder (i add a lot so if you don't like onion powder you can add less or eliminate entirely)
- teaspoon of lemon or lime juice
- a sh!t ton of hot sauce (i use either tobasco or sriracha, use whatever brand/type is your favorite)

assembly:Β

- empty seasoning packet in separate bowl
- boil the noodles according to instructions
- while noodles are cooking add mayo, onion powder, citrus juice, and hot sauce in bowl with the seasoning packet. mix till all combined.
- drain cooked noodles and add to the sauce
- enjoy!

optional add-ins:

- spam (fried, caramalized, or plain)
- american cheese (melts easier than other's but literally any cheese including vegan will work)
- canned tuna/salmon (drain water/oil and mix in with sauce before adding noodles)
- egg! (soft or hard boiled is preferred)
- veggies (any. bok choy or spinach is good. bean sprouts and root veggies as well for that crunch!)
- anything else you have in your fridge

this recipe is so quick and versatile. it can be made with substitutions to fit nearly any dietary need and whatever food isΒ available in your pantry. i'd love to hear feedback and suggestions if you try. β™‘
