Wow, this summer finally started to be fun!

So, y'all know I started working at Cedar Point this summer! It is my 6th non consecutive season working and I love it. Well, for the first 45 to 60 days or so, I really wasn't having as much fun as I remember having. So much drama on the crew/ride I worked on and being home sick and missing my husband and momma, I almost decided to just leave Cedar Point for good.

But then, something amazing happened! On my birthday, Nate started talking to me! He is a fireman on the steam engine I work the platform for. I now work the Cedar Point & Lake Erie Railroad! My 3rd season working there. Anyways, I mean, come on! When you get someone who looks at you like this:

You can't help but to fall for him!

I had no intentions to even date anyone, let alone a guy! I was there to flirt and play with girls. That is what Cedar Point is for lol. But when you come across a soulmate, you don't turn them away because they don't fit the rules you gave to yourself. At least I don't! So that was a new dynamic that I had to discuss with my husband. I didn't want to be with any other guys, just my husband. But Nate is a pretty amazing guy and I fell hard for him! He knew I was married and polyamorous as well. He is monogamous, so it is something we are both working through. The end of the season is gonna be hard, but we still haven't decided which route to take after season ends!

Graduate school started last week and there is so much reading I had to do! Seriously, didn't think graduate school was gonna start off so difficult so fast. But I managed to make it through my 1st week and took my first quiz and got a 90% on it. My perfectionist self cried a little. I wish I had paid attention to the multiple choice answers more as I stopped reading the last two when I came upon what I thought was the answer, but had I read the other two, I would have realized that I was wrong.

I moved out of my Toledo house for a house closer to Cedar Point. So my drive time was 10 minutes at most from 80-90 minutes depending on traffic. But then, I moved out of that house to a coworkers house, which is 15-20 minutes away but has a real bed and not an air mattress. So now, I am an illegal alien in Nate's place - he stays in the employee dorms and it is not co-ed and I could get him fired if they found out I have been staying the night at his place most of the week. And when I am not there, I am at my co-workers place. It is way nicer than my Toledo home and the Sandusky home!

And now I end my blog with some fun pictures!!!! Oh, and we also rode Sling Shot together, both of our first time!!! Check out the video HERE!
