I would like to know who came up with the concept of time

Where did it begin? Like who decided it was (for example) 12pm when they first found out about it. Technically the concept of time is debatable. And whose smart idea was it to have timezones? Why couldnt we all have just collectively stuck to one specific timezone and just roll with it? So basically what I’m saying is, no, I have no overdue homework. You’re just smoking something :-
