My Biggest Pet Peeve

I absolutely HATE it when people say that something is too "mainstream" to like. I know this one person who dislikes not only tik tok, but also anime and certain ART STYLES because they were too "mainstream" and too "common". Like he will REFUSE to even try them because he doesn't want to be like other people. If your going to hate something it has to be for a valid reason! Like the fandom should be toxic or the show/game is not your preferred genre. Nothing is too mainstream. And there is probably a reason its popular.
