here are a couple of sites that can help with css and html... it takes a while to learn everything, i haven't learned everything yet. but you can always look something up if you're confused!
W3Schools
stackoverflow
on stackoverflow, you can look up (or ask!) questions about css/html/etc. and see answers from the community with examples
