Fry Sauce

Cause.... this shizzles is superior to ketchup when it comes to tater tots/ french fries. 


I also use it on burgers, or with chicken nuggets and other misc foods. 

1/2 cup mayo 
1/2 cup barbeque sauce (I prefer hickory but you can use whatever kind you want)
1 TBS honey  or brown sugar 
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 TSP garlic powder
1 TSP onion powder
black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp worchestershire (or 3 dashes) -- I guesstimate on this, that's about what I use here. 

^ the above are the ratios that I use, adjust according to your preferences, add hot sauce(s) like tabasco, etc. if you want spicier, or add pinches of cayenne pepper, etc.  

Mix all the above together and store in fridge in airtight container until ready to use. 

If you don't have barbeque sauce on hand, you can swap out for ketchup, but keep in mind you'll need to season more to adjust for the fact that ketchup is very bland in and of itself.
