idk this is a mini rant
so like 2 weeks ago i went to meet my internet friend who i had a mini crush on and im so mad at myself for being insecure about whether he would think if im too dark or if i was fat . like wth. not that his opinion matters but past comments from ppl on my skintone still haunts me. like so what if im not lightskin. doesnt mean im ugly.

Ok, i went through this in middle school. I was called "dark" this and "dark" that.
Step 1: Get rid of the people who use you as the "dark friend" (ikyk)
Step 2: Unfollow all the skinny white girls on socials and replace them with black women.
I know socials are very gentrified on their own so you have to try extra hard to get your FYP to have POC on it, but literally just like every post with a POC in it. Literally how the algorithm works.
Step 3: FAKE IT
I promise you i was ugly asf back then but i just faked that bad bitch energy
