Why is cyberpunk so good to play, but suck

Gameplay, Chefs Kiss, satisfying melee, neat gun play, a cool perk and attribute system, with separate skill integration, the game is fun. I think I would have waited a year or two for the story line to not suck as bad as it does, I’ve done every side mission, and gig, in 69hrs taking my time but there is only like 3 or 4 story missions in the shortest route which isn’t bad but like the longest seems to only have like 7. It just feels incomplete. It hurts my feelings. it makes me feel empty.
