Has a dream ever gave you a physical reaction or aliment?

One dream i had gave me a nose bleed or maybe i was having a nose bleed in my sleep and the dream was a reaction to that? idk how bout yall.

ive gotten a panic attack from one

dream must have been scary as hellll

i swear it was a demon tht gave it to me cause i awoke from a loud scream in my ear that made my ears ring after waking up
