frustration to the maxxx

for those who don't know yet i come from a hispanic family and it is.
frustratingly difficult in terms of me being able to express myself
i feel like, especially with family members who have this perfect little vision of you, it is so hard to just. breathe. and be free or whatevs. 
can't dye my hair.
can't buy my favourite band merch most times.
can't get silly little scene things.
can't tease my hair or get choppy layers.
can't indulge in my favourite media without judgement.
hell, i had to have multiple arguments with my mom during christmastime just to get a fuhkin skateboard.
its just. blergh.
i didn't want this to be a vent but oh well
