So today was my pre-test for Fitness Gram. Here's how it went. BAD! I know that's brief so let me explain. I didn't think it would be bad but it was. We started with the 20 mile pacer test. I only did 47 laps from 1 wall to another because I could not do the whole thing without running out of breath. I don't know if it's because of my asthma or the fact that getting Covid in January made it hard to breath but I just couldn't take it anymore. I nearly passed out and it was getting hard to see so I'm glad I stopped before or I would've actually I passed out. After that, it was just pull ups and curl ups. I was still tired from the pacer test so I did 18 curl ups and 10 push ups. I want to say something about the push ups. I couldn't go that low so that's why I did so few push ups. School's almost over so I have to go. Bye Bye!
