Recently I've been trying to work towards a healthier lifestyle! It's hard, because my goal is to lose weight and no matter how many different diets I've tried, it rarely ever works... But despite that, I'm still proud of myself for always eating lots of healthy food! I recently joined a gym too, and I've loved doing cardio workouts every few days! I hope soon I can start weight training, too. Today I made a cool salad recipe that I saw on tiktok, it's got cucumber, carrot, red onion, red pepper, beetroot, tomato, and chickpeas, all chopped up small and in a mustard + honey sauce! It's really reaaaally good. Like. Really good oh my god. I really wanted to try it since most salads incorporate lettuce, or other leaves, and I'm not sure why but I find that eating leaves feels almost like a chore to me 😠I don't know! I just don't seem to enjoy them!! So making this salad and enjoying it was great. :DÂ
