So I ended up getting exposed to covid a couple times from my family and my best friend, but the thing is I never got sick, which is weird because the day my best friend got diagnosed with COVID was the same day we were sharing the same bong. Yet I'm coming up negative and I'm not even sick with anything.
This is purely anecdotal, but I'm pretty sure getting the vaccine might help -some- people become immune to catching it, because I really should've caught it by now. Also, I've noticed amongst my friends and family that some people will catch it and some won't, for examply my cousins are currently quarantined because only half the household is positive while the other half is negative, and that's even happening with my bestfriend and her boyfriend and his dad.
I just hope this whole thing is over soon, I just want life to go back to normal and STAY normal again.

I don't want to sound like I want to catch covid, I just think it's pretty funny and weird that I didn't lol

Yeah, that boils down to health. It's been shown that vegans fair better with CoViD than carnists. Also genetics. The immune system is veeeery much influenced by genetics.

I didn't even know that vegans are affected differently by the virus, that's definitely something I'm going to look into... Then post about everywhere cause that's super cool lol

"participants who reported following ‘plant-based diets’ and ‘plant-based diets or pescatarian diets’ had 73% lower odds of moderate-to-severe COVID-19 severity, respectively, compared with participants who did not follow these diets. Compared with participants who reported following ‘plant-based diets’, those who reported following ‘low carbohydrate, high protein diets’ had greater odds of moderate-to-severe COVID-19"

it's patient 0 someone who carries but can't get sick from it themselves theres also a possibility that your immune system has just dealt with it enough to fight it off no problem i also have been exposed (couldn't really help it family works at nursing home in Michigan it was almost expected i would be exposed to it at some point) and did not catch it i'm also 100% sure i haven't spread it to anyone which i guess speaks to how quickly my immune system was able to fight it off the way the vaccine would work btw if they wernt trying something different is it'd introduce a weaker form of the virus into your immune system which would then fight it off this allows your immune system to learn how to fight the virus in the future so that you don't get sick from the virus certain viruses such as the flu virus do require boosters every few years to keep your immune system strong against said virus this is not how the c-19 vax works the c-19 vax instead changes your dna with use of rna proteins (which is suspicious as it is already note i'm not an anti vaxer i literally just gave an argument for vaccines) the intended effect is to change your dna in a way the spikes of the c-19 virus wont be able to attach itself to your cells this has caused 2 things to happen first once you take the vax you'll be immune to the original variant but thats it and thats because the second thing thats happened as a result is variants have formed as the virus is forced to evolve different shaped spikes as someone who has some medical training i can't recommend this vax people are looking at it as some magical cure the first thing you need to know about medicine is no such thing exists

"it's possible you could be patient 0"* my computer hates me

That would be interesting, maybe I am lol. And it seems as though I haven't spread anything to anyone at all since the exposure so that's also good. Maybe I also got really lucky too

Definitely not patient zero, as patient zero is the first known case.

fair enough i kinda meant patient 0 among her group of friends not over all
