why you need Cascarilla (Eggshells)

I'm publicizing this because I guess I finally need to journal about it. 

I've been suffering for the past year from a deep and dark phenomenal occurrence called Sleep Paralysis, and I suffer from it almost every night. 

I believe it comes from bad energy that I once summoned in the past, basically. My spiritual path used to be in a dark rabbit hole full of sad and negative energy, but I eventually worked on my shadows and did self-healing, even listened to sound bath crystal bowl healing energy frequencies, like I did the spells too, making sure to always burn black then white, and not blowing out my candles, using lavender bits on the white candles and the only thing I haven't done is use my cascarilla powder on my doors and windows, which I should....

I keep floating in my dreams, it's like this dark thing keeps yanking my soul away from my body in the night, and I try to scream for help but my body is paralyzed and can't move. 

I hate it. 

I've been sleep deprived from it but I'm too embarrassed to talk about it with like, a doctor or a therapist because they're just gonna say I'm delusional or not believe that I'm actually suffering from this weird thing at night, or they will just say "call a priest, bitch." 

Anyway.....

Hopefully the cascarilla will keep it away.
