I have been thinking lately that I should start journaling. Just grabbing a notebook and writing all my thoughts in it. The dreams that stick with me, the stories I create, all the ideas that form, and every fear I feel. I want to start writing but I feel like something is holding me back from doing it. My biggest fear would be someone reading it. I don't think I would be comfortable having such a raw piece of me able to being percieved by anyone who doesn't have any bounderies. I don't know.. I jsut feel like I think a lot and sometimes i jsut want to let it out instead of keeping it in.
I need guidance

You should totally do it! it helps so much with your emotions just to write things out. Plus dreams mean things sometimes, so write them down as quick as you can. I have a blog post (or a forum I forgot which one lol) that I created last night as a public diary for myself and others if they want to join in. :)
