Hi !! People use HTML and put them in their about me in order to work, ou can code your own or use some layouts which others have made found here https://layouts.spacehey.com/ !! i can give you some links if you wanna learn to code your profile

if you go to layouts you can pick one there, you just copy the code and paste it into your about me section
if you want to change anything about it like color just replace the hex code, or for images you replace with an image of gif link !!!!
