DEFCON 4 to defcon 1 emergency 911 help needed

So my landlord has decided since he doesn’t want to get a new rental certificate and his daughter starts a local college this September to exploit a loophole in our housing ordnance so we went from defcon 4 everything’s still ok to defcon 1 need moving money like yesterday so here’s my go fund me please help if you can
