My Jojo's bizzare adventure theory

OK so you know how in part 5 there is a stand that can change someone's size ? but in part 6 there is another stand that can change someone's size . The idea of those stands are similar but they have some differences , so my theory is that star platinum's time stop is diffrent from the world's time stop since two stands can't have the exact same ability . So my theory is that star platinum can only stop time in his range while the world can stop time in the entire world
