SHOULD I DYE MY HAIR???

I've been thinking of dying my hair white for a while now but I have very dark hair and would have to bleach it so everyone's saying I shouldn't do it because they don't want me to mess up my hair. I really wanna dye it do you random internet strangers think I should?
