It's called "Curated random links", and it's a small web page (that you can also "install" on your homescreen on your phone), which contain a link that will redirect you to a random website.

I add new links everyday or so, and the topics are mainly tech, but not only! (there's a list on the site)

This project is open-source, so you can install it on your own web server (alwaysdata have a little free hosting plan), and share your links with the world :)
