**spoiler warning**
Shameless has one of the most realistic gay couples that I have seen on TV (as of right now anyway) even if the show is a little absurd sometimes. It feels human, and with the mental illness and trauma that Ian and Mickey work through (even if it isn't the most healthy way to work through something with a partner.) With the inclusion of Trevor as well in the later seasons, and how Ian learned how to interact and be in a relationship with a trans guy- it just felt real. He had zero previous experience with a trans person- so naturally he was a little transphobic- but Ian tried his best to understand Trevor and they had a good relationship. It felt good to be represented in a show in a real way as a normal gay trans guy. :)
Anyway, go watch Shameless if you haven't. You're missing out :D

I always think about relationship of Ian and Mickey, about they not the better be partners in relation of them. I thought that trevor would be a character would bring questions, and in fact brought various question for shameless. But I think that them could haved explored more the Trevor as a person trans
