How to play Toontown Online in 2022 and beyond

So Toontown Online was released in 2003, and disney has shut down the servers (go figure). So heres how to play. FIRST, open your browser, go to "sunrise.games", make a new Sunrise account and download the installer https://download.sunrise.games/setups/Toontown-setup.exe

Now, when Toontown installs, when you "Toontown Online: Fetching Version Info", let it fail. Then go into your root drive then Program Files (x86)/Disney Online/ToontownOnline/ then make a new notepad and add this line to it

PATCHER_BASE_URL=http://download.sunrise.games/launcher/

Save as parameters, in the toontown folder, start the game and then have fun
